When do I get my points?
Once your payment has been taken, usually when your order ships. If you send something back, we deduct the points for it again.
Do I have to say yes to emails to join?
No. Points and emails are two separate things. You can say no thanks to emails and keep your points.
Can I use points together with other discounts?
Yes, together with the 5 % in Build your bundle and the launch gift. Not with other discount codes, such as the Founding discount.
Do my points expire?
Not at the moment. If that changes, we'll write to you before it happens.
Will my points lose value?
No. If we change the rules, it only applies to points you earn afterwards. The points you already have keep their value.
